プラタのコンセプトは毎回製法を工夫して少しずつ変化させていること。
発酵時にバガスを発酵液量の50%分に一緒に加え発酵、減圧蒸留で蒸留のスピードを通常より遅くさせるこだわりがあります。 2回蒸留の後に、ごく少量の加水をすることで、48度のハイプルーフに仕上げた逸品です。高濃度に伴い、本来のカスカウインの味をしっかり味わって頂けます。いずれのロットも少量生産です。
